My answer:

Yes, it's roti John, I saja jer nak tukar nama dia... ;)

You don't sapu the telur with the daging. You kena goreng daging tuh setengah masak jangan gareng sangat. Lepas tuh you kocok/pukul telur tuh dulu dengan bawang yang telah di hiris halus or chopped bawang. Then you letak air sikit, jangan banyak banyak macam satu atau dua sudu besar air. Lepastuh baru you letak daging yang setengah masak tuh. Then you kocok the mixturelah.

Cukup telur tuh.. tapi kalau you rasa kurang you tambah satu telur lagi but not at the beginning. The amount of eggs used depends on the size of your roti. Kalau you pakai roti perancis, the amount of eggs stipulated should be okay.

Bila you nak goreng, you belah tuh roti into half. Then you potonglah roti tuh macam gambar di recipe ni. Then you jangan sapu, you tekap-tekapkan the white side of the roti into the telur+daging mixture.

Now, the belanga mesti nak panas dulu. Kalau setengah panas nanti dia tak gareng dan jangan letak banyak minyak. Bila you goreng tuh. jangan golek-golekkan dulu. Biarkan dia masak one side for 1 or 2 minutes gitulah.. then you golekkan dia.

Cutwin,

Yes.. just turn it into the bowl and tekap gently.. Then you tengok, if the daging tak melekat kat your roti just use the spoon or fork to fork out the meat and put it onto the bread. Normally, the daging will melekat to the bread but sometimes it won't..
