
Ingredients:
2 cups Potato flakes
1/2 cup warm water
1 pack dry yeast
2 eggs
8 or 9 cups of all purpose flour
4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 or 3 tbsp crisco butter flavor shortening
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

- Make the mash potatoes according to the box.
- Pour flour, mash potatoes, dry yeast, warm water, and shortening into the food processor. Pulse.
- Then add eggs and condensed milk into the mixture and pulse the food processor.
- Make sure that the mixture is not soggy and sticky.
- After pulsing for a few minutes. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Knead the dough onto the pastry board for 10 minutes. Floured the board before putting the dough.
- Let it rised for 45 minutes.
- Punch the dough down and knead for 5 minutes.
- Finally, shape the dough into donuts or donut holes. Heat the oil in a wok.
- Fry the donuts when the oil is hot. Then put the donuts in a small paper bag containing icing powder, and shake the paper bag.
- Serve it hot.
