Kuih Makmur/Peace Cookies
Here is my version of kuih makmur, which looks like pillow. Hey give me a break, it's my first time baking this cookies. Anyway, it tasted delicious. It has peanuts in it, so if you are allergic to nuts. I suggest that you avoid this cookie.

well an alternative filling is pineapple jam...if any leaks, that will give if one yummy licorice taste..that's my auntie's special touch :>)
