Noodle soup with a Twist

If you are feeling ill (like me, right now), and all you can eat is just soup.. here is an idea to spice up your soup..

Mushroom Noodle soup

Ingredients:

1 can cream of mushroom
4 medium size shitake mushrooms (sliced)
2 and half inch daikon radish (peeled skin and julienne sliced)
some spinach (optional)
dice onions
chopped garlic
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tsp ginger
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of water
a handful beef cut into cube-like
pasta (spagetti and macaroni)

Methods:

Saute the onions, garlic, chilli paste, ginger and salt and pepper for few seconds.
Then add the water and beef. Let it cook until it boils
Once boil, add pasta and 3 tbsp cream of mushroom.. Stir and let it boil and cook.

After that add the rest of the vegetables and let the soup boil.. Once boil, add the balance of cream of mushroom and stir gently at low heat and let the soup boil until the pastas are cooked.

Once everything cook, you can enjoy your soup!!!

Have a great soupy day y'all!!
