Kimchi..

Had this last night.. and oh!! Woww!! It's HOT and SPICY!! Burnt my mouth for sure.. like fire!!!

Anyway, I tried making this kimchi yesterday by following a youtube korean cook. If you're interested in making this kimchi, click here.

Tips: If you don't want it to burnt your mouth, just add 1 and half cups of chilli powder!! 2 cups would be very very hot!! unless you like it!

Benefits of kimchi:

It's a natural fermentation which aids in digestion.. So, you don't really need to eat a lot of yogurt to get that lactobacillus (the good bacteria)..
