Spicy Seaweed Macaroni Noodles Soup..



Ingredients:

1) Seaweed
2) Spagetti noodles and macaroni (see box direction for cooking)
3) Chilli paste (Turkish brand or any brand you prefer)
4) Sofrito (mixed of cilantro, onions, garlic, chillies etc..)
5) Chicken Franks or any hotdogs
6) Sliced chilli peppers or bell peppers
7) Filtered water
8) Salt and pepper to taste
9) Chopped onions and garlic paste or chopped garlic
10) Vegetarian Spagetti sauce





Spicy seaweed noodles

Methods:

1) Saute the sofrito and the chopped onions and the sliced chillies
2) Add 1 tbsp of chilli paste and 1 tsp of garlic paste or chopped garlic
3) saute until it sizzles then add about 1 or 2 cups of water
4) Then break the spagetti if it's not cook yet or put the whole spagetti into the wok. If it's already cooked just dumped it into the wok.
5) If you are using uncooked spagetti, let the spagetti cooked in the wok for about 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat and stir gently.
6) Once cooked, add cut-up chicken franks or any hotdog meat you prefer into the mixture. Keep folding the mixture gently.
7) After that add the seaweed and other ingredients. Let it cook for another 20 minutes at slightly low heat.
Don't forget the salt and pepper to taste!!
