Kimchi Pancake

I decided to make this tonight because I've too many kimchi in the fridge.. lol.. The kimchi tasted better as it's been a week now.. and it's already fermented and marinated... Deliciouso!!!


Kimchi Pancake


Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick
2 brown eggs
1 cup Almond Breeze Milk
1 cup kimchi
Safflower Oil for frying!

Method:

1) Beat the eggs.
2) Pour the milk
3) Add the kimchi and then add the flour(Bisquick)
4) Mix gently until well blended
5) Fry in hot oil!!
