Chocolate Chips Bar

Today, I decided to make chocolate chips, but it's not the normal chocolate chip cookies. Instead, I make it into a bar style. I used the recipe at the back of hersheys dark chocolate wrappers, and then I pour the mixture that already mixed into a shallow aluminum pan.. Baked at 375F for 25 minutes until golden brown. Before I baked it, I made a lightly small squares marked on the spread dough, so once baked and cool for 20 minutes I use a knife to cut the bars into squares as shown below.. It tasted like chocolate chip cookies as the dough is base on chocolate chip cookies instead it's a bar cookies..

Gluten-Free Chocolate chip Cookie

Gluten-Free Chocolate Chips

Recently, I decided to try baking a chocolate chip cookies using the cookie mix.. Honestly, I don't really like it because it's way too sweet as I couldn't modify the amount of sugar to add into the mix. Everything had been pre-measured, hence; the sweetness!!

Hope y'all enjoy the show!!

Chocolate Walnut Balls

Chocolate Walnut balls

I made this by following the recipe in 'Saji' Magazine, my mom sent it to me recently for Eid. I made this because I failed in making the kueh tart, so I got fed-up and decided to make something not traditional malay cookies.

Lately, I kind of busy doing other stuffs that I don't have the time to pen down the recipes for any of my cookings or bakings. Insha Allah, when I get the time I'll try to pen them down.

I've got too many things on my plate, and I'm only one person with two hands... :)

Anyway, to all my visitors, Eid-il Fitri Mubarak!! and to the non-muslims, I wish y'all well and in good health.

Cholate Chip Surprise

Chocolate chips surprise

I baked this cookie last Friday. It's not normal chocolate chip cookie, there's a surprise inside this cookie. I've modify the original recipe that I took from Martha Stewart, which was printed 7 years ago.

I'll put the recipe here when I've got the time, Insha Allah. If you're impatient, here is a tip, the recipe is similar to chocolate chip cookies just that you have to put a surprise inside the cookie. :)

Enjoy!!
