Cheesy Pizza

Ingredients:

1 uncooked Pizza crust
1/2 can vege spagetti sauce
Salted Anchovies
Cooked ground beef
1 Sliced red onions or shallots
4 tbsp Mexicorn
3 cups Mozarella cheese
2 cups Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Pre-heat Oven: 425F

Methods:

  1. Spread the spagetti sauce onto the uncooked pizza using the back of a spoon or rice spoon.
  2. Sprinkle some of the grated cheddar and mozarella cheeses onto the pizza.
  3. Then spinkle the sliced onion, mexicorn, anchovies, and cooked beef.
  4. Sprinkle some of the cheddar and mozarella cheeses again.
  5. Spread the thick spagetti sauce onto the pizza crust.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the last mozarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Baked the pizza for 20 minutes or until the cheeses melted, and once cooked let it stand for 5 minutes to cool before slicing the pizza.

Note: You can also add cili padi onto the pizza. ;)
It is better to use thick unsliced mozarella cheese which you have to grate yourself.
