
Ingredients:
uncooked Stew Beef (cut-up)
handful snap peas
1 Tomato (cut-up)
handful spinach
2 stalks bak choy (cut-up)
5 baby carrots (vertically cut or Julienne)
5 baby corns (cut into half)
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp chop garlic
salt & white pepper to taste
4 tbsp water (optional)
Methods:

Methods:
- Heat the oil in the wok and washed the meat.
- Put the meat into the wok and stir gently until cook at medium heat for 20 minutes or more. Cover the wok.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and tumeric while stirring the meat. Cooked the meat for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- Add garlic, minced onions, and chilli. Saute the mixture for a couple of minutes.
- Put the oyster sauce and fish sauce into the wok and stir gently with the meat. Cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the vegetables into the wok. Stir gently the mixture until the vegetables are cooked.
- If dry, add the water.
- Serve hot with rice.
