Beef & Vegetables Stir Fry


Ingredients:

uncooked Stew Beef (cut-up)
handful snap peas
1 Tomato (cut-up)
handful spinach
2 stalks bak choy (cut-up)
5 baby carrots (vertically cut or Julienne)
5 baby corns (cut into half)
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp chop garlic
salt & white pepper to taste
4 tbsp water (optional)

Methods:
  1. Heat the oil in the wok and washed the meat.
  2. Put the meat into the wok and stir gently until cook at medium heat for 20 minutes or more. Cover the wok.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and tumeric while stirring the meat. Cooked the meat for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
  4. Add garlic, minced onions, and chilli. Saute the mixture for a couple of minutes.
  5. Put the oyster sauce and fish sauce into the wok and stir gently with the meat. Cook for a few minutes.
  6. Then add the vegetables into the wok. Stir gently the mixture until the vegetables are cooked.
  7. If dry, add the water.
  8. Serve hot with rice.
