Grilled Steak

Delicious Steak
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cumin
2 tabsp white pepper
2 tbsp tumeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Vegeta mix powder (Optional)
1 tsbp Lemony Old Bay powder
Uncooked sirloin steak
1 large Ziplock bag

Equipment:
Grill
Time: 15 minutes at medium heat

Methods:
  1. Put all the powdered ingredients into the ziplock bag.
  2. Then put the steak into the ziplock bag.
  3. Shake the ziplock bag containing steak side to side for several minutes.
  4. Making sure that the steak is well coated and leave it for one hour to be marinated.
  5. Then fire the grill until it reach high heat and lower the heat so the the indicator light pointed to medium heat.
  6. Then put the grill in a squarish basket for grilling.
  7. Put the basket containing the steak on the grill
  8. Grill it for 15 minutes. Turn the steak over every 3 or 5 minutes and sprinkle a lemon water juice or just water on the steak to keep it moist.
  9. Once cooked, sliced the meat and eat with rice or by itself. Eat it while it still warm!!
