I make rojak for my lunch. It's so easy to make:
1) Rojak sauce
2) Jicama cut into small pieces
3) Pineapple already cut or you can use canned ones
4) Cucumber cut into small pieces
5) Chopped roasted peanuts
6) Extra firm tofu cut into small pieces and fry lightly until brown
All the ingredients set aside. Put some chopped peanuts into another small bowl and pour some hot water. Then scoop about 3 tbsp of rojak sauce and stir to taste. Yummms... this is one spicy rojak, my version that is...
