Pheasant Dinner

Pheasant Meal

A simple meal for a busy working lady like me... ;)It only took me about 15 minutes depends on your speed of cooking... as for me.. am an amateur cook.. been cooking for over 11 years, so to be vain.. am good at it!!! ;) heheheee!!

Well, this is the most simplest soup although I don't really cooked it often.. been lazy to eat a gourmet cooking lately... Anyway, since I've got this bak choy that I bought, and it has been sitting in my fridge for couple of days.. So what should I do with it??.. I made this soup. The original version of this soup came without the vegetables instead you have to put the bee hoon.. but I forgotten to buy bee hoon instead I added in veges.. my version of course!!!... Then the best thing was to crack a couple of eggs and just poached them into this soup..

Then, since I only have veges.. so I have to have some meat.. people said I needed to eat more meat.. so I thought of this can of sardines in tomato, which my mom send to me a couple of months ago like last year... It's the ayam brand or rooster brand.. Its the best one that I ever tasted in the market..

Anyway, I cooked the tomato sardines by adding V8.. YES!! I put V8.. to have that tomatoey sauce and a little water... and all the other spices... my normal spices ... ONIONSSSS!!! GARLICS!!!! TUMERIC!!!! ..etc etc... and to top it off.. I added a couple of tablespoon of Mexicorn!!!...

Sidenote: Tumeric is great for those who have constant migraine.. Add a little of this tumeric powder in your cooking... It helps to reduce your migraine or headaches .. Just a health note here...

Am I making you hungry!!! ;) heheheee...

Yummmmms!!! There you go.. start cooking y'all!!!

Savory Egg & Choy soup

Enjoy!!!
