All he/she needs: ground beef, shallots, chinese spinach or any green veges, salt, pepper, garlic, tumeric, chilli.. and other spices as you like.. The methods: Just saute the onions, and the spices first, then add the ground beef, and cook it until tender.. Lastly, add the veges including the little tomatoes...
