How I keep my figure.. (Smoothie Drink)


People been asking me how I keep my figure and looking young at my age (hmm in my late 30s). I do exercise everyday.. normally low impact workouts which helps to tone my muscles as I can't do high impact exercises..

Besides working outs at home on my Gisele everyday, I drink this hempshake.. It's a protein drink, and it really doesn't make me hungry though.. I can go without eating for half a day once I drink this in the morning or in the evening... Besides hempshake, I drink plenty of water to hydrate my skin and to detoxify my body.. I also eat plenty of veges and fruits (antioxidant kinds)...

This regime which I've been doing for almost 2 months now.. really help to heal my skin problems and clear up my skin and make it more supple and dewy.. I also take fish oil everyday... Anyway, all this helps to heal my body and skin and keep me healthy at my age..

There's an old saying.. what you eat will make u what you are.. Garbage in garbage out.. so if you eat good healthy food, it will show in your outlook..
