Mexicorn Agar-agar


Ingredients:

1 pack of agar-agar powder
1 tbsp mexicorn
2 cups of sugar
5 cups of water

Methods:
  1. Add water into a pot (preferably pyrex brand), and add agar-agar powder into the pot and boil the mixture.
  2. Stir gently until the powder dissolved.
  3. Then add the sugar and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolved.
  4. Keep stirring gently at mid heat until the mixture boils.
  5. Pour the boiled mixture into the jelly mold and let it cool overnight on the counter.

Note:
Do not put the hot mixture in the refrigerator. Let it cool naturally.
Do not let the mixture boil until rolling boil.
