Spicy stir-fry shrimp vegetables


Ingredients:

Medium size shrimp
2 tbsp Chilli paste (Turkish brand preferred)
1 tbsp Tomato paste (Turkish brand preferred)
1 cup water
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Tomato
2 stalk fresh Chilli
1 tbsp minced onion or onion powder
1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp minced ginger or ginger powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and white pepper to taste

Methods:

  1. Clean, de-vein, and de-shell the shrimp. Then sprinkle salt and pepper in the raw shrimp. Heat the oil in a small skillet.
  2. Saute onion, garlic, ginger, fresh chilli, and chilli paste in a small skillet. Then pour water a little at a time and stir the mixture making sure that it is not burn.
  3. Then saute the tomato paste together with the mixture in the skillet for a few seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture gently and add the cleaned shrimp into the skillet. Gently stir the shrimp mixture for a few seconds until the shrimps are cooked.
  4. Then add the cut broccoli and cauliflower into the skillet for 1 minute or until it is half cooked.
  5. Next, add the tomato into the cooked mixture and stir the mixture gently for 2 minutes. Finally, switch off the stove and let it cool for 3 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve.
