This vegetable stir-fry is very easy to make. The ingredients needed mostly are vegetables such as quartered tomatoes, shreded cabbage, half-fry tofu, cut cauliflower, julienne cucumber (making sure that you take scoop out the seeds), julienne baby carrots, chopped onions, chopped garlic, and mixed sprouts.
First, fry the cut tofu until lightly brown. Then saute the onions, garlic, and jalapeno peppers (optional). Add a pinch of salt or Mrs. Dash, and powdered pepper/white pepper. Saute them for about 5 minutes. Then add all the vegetable ingredients, and 1 tsp of soy sauce if needed. Slowly and gradually stir the vegetables until they are cooked. Once cooked, let it set for 5 minutes to cool.
Oh!! You can add 1 tsp of sesame seed oil to have that tangy taste of chinese, but it's not necessary.
