Hashbrown Casserole

Hashbrown Casserole


Made this today.. It's an easy meal..

Ingredients:

1 can Cream of Mushrooms Condensed Soup
1/2 bag of Oreida Frozen Hashbrown with Onions and Peppers
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
Pepper & Mrs Dash no salt to taste

Method:

1) Put the thawed hashbrowns and cream of mushroom into a bowl and stir gently.
2) Put a pinch of pepper and Mrs Dash and stir until all the mixture blended.
3) Then pour the mixture into a small casserole dish
4) Mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter
5) Put the breadcrumbs mixture on top of the hashbrown mixture
6) Sprinkle some cheese into the mixture
7) Then put it in the oven at 375F for 45 minutes uncover.


Note: You can also add cooked turkey stips.
