Ice-cream Sandwich

As I crave for something sweet, I decided to finish up my vanilla ice-cream tub which left some ice-cream in it.

I like making it into an ice-cream sandwich to break the monotonous of eating ice-cream. Aren't it cool to do something different from your food.. It looks delish when it looks like a sandwich!!
