Pancake Balls



Ingredients

1 cup Pancake mix or All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup of water
Dried anchovy
1 stalk scallion or green onion
salt to taste

Methods:
  1. Cut the scallion. Mix pancake mix with 3/4 cup or more water.
  2. Stir the mixture until the lumps disappear. Set aside.
  3. Soak the dry anchovies into warm water for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the anchovies and the scallion into the mixture.
  5. Heat the skillet with 1 cup or 8 tbsp of oil or dip fryer.
  6. Then scoop 1 tbspoonful of the mixture and drop it into the frying pan. Fry it till it brown or until the mixture afloat.
  7. Serve it hot with ketchup for dipping.
